During his career, Dana has participated in the sale of numerous businesses with a collective selling price of well over $100 million. He specializes in working with a seller to understand their operations and financials so that he can best position the company to potential buyers.  Prior to joining Sunbelt, Mr. Frazier worked in corporate financial advisory with Kroll Zolfo Cooper LLC in Los Angeles, CA and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC in Los Angeles, CA and Chicago, IL. Dana also has significant small business experience including owning and operating a local business with his wife. Dana is the senior executive responsible for the Sunbelt Business Advisors office in Frankfort, IL. Dana enjoys working with business sellers of all industries and sizes ranging from $100,000 to $20 million and specializes in structuring deals that meet the needs of both sellers and buyers.  Mr. Frazier graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Master of Business Administration, with Highest Honors, and with a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering.  Mr. Frazier is a Director of the Lincoln-Way High School District 210 Foundation for Educational Excellence and is a member of Parkview Christian Church in Orland Park, IL. Dana is married and is the father of two children.
